Image usage and copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all images remain the intellectual property of Olivier La Haye (OLH Photographie) and are protected under the Canadian Copyright Act. Delivering images to a client does not transfer copyright. Usage rights, publication permissions, editing permissions, and redistribution terms are defined in the project agreement. For any use beyond the original scope, please contact OLH Photographie before using the images.
